For the consideration of Four Hundred $400.00 dollars we hreby convey to Elijah Tompkins the following tract of Land in the County of Clarke and State of Iowa to-wit:
North 1/2 of North part Quarter of Section No. 19 in Township No. 71 of Range No. 26 containing fifty eight acres and Twenty five hundredths. Also the North West 1/4 of North East 1/4 of Section No. 24 in Township No. 71. of Range No. 27 containg (40) forty acres, and warrant the Title thereto against all persons whomsoever.
