Welcome to Fremont County, Wyoming - home of some of the best outdoor sports areas and absolutely beautiful scenery in the West. It will take time to get this page put together, and we welcome suggestions as well as site submissions. If you find a link that is not working, please let us know. The background photo is of the Red Canyon area above Lander on the way to South Pass.
You will find find county government information as well as individual town government information in our government section. Lander is the county seat of Fremont County.
